Every calculator on this site uses standard, publicly documented formulas with editable inputs (DA%, fitment factor, city class, etc.). Results are estimates for general guidance only and should not be treated as official pay fixation, tax advice, or a guarantee of actual salary or benefits.

In particular, the 8th Pay Commission has not yet been officially notified at the time of writing — the fitment factor, revised HRA/TA rates and implementation date used in our 8th CPC calculator are projections based on public commentary and historical pay commission patterns, not confirmed government figures.

Accuracy

While we aim to keep formulas accurate and up to date, rates such as DA%, HRA% and TA slabs change periodically via official notification. Always cross-check results with your DDO/payroll office, your official payslip, or the relevant Department of Expenditure circular before making financial decisions.
